Over 34 years of manufacturing experience in aerospace turbine engines and related technology industries. Extensive shop floor experience in all critical manufacturing processes. Worked in and responsible for every aspect of the manufacturing business, from preparing proposals to shipping products. At TurboCombustor Technology Inc., served as Senior Project Engineer, Business Unit Leader, Proposal Development Manager, and Director of Engineering from 1986-2014. Paul Sesta joined Shapes Precision Manufacturing (Shapes) in December 2014 as the Engineering Manager.

Melissa Luper, Chief Financial Officer

Melissa Luper joined our Shapes team in February 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. Bringing nearly 20 years of experience, Melissa has previously worked as controller and director of finance across various industries including aerospace manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, dental practice (DSO), and infrastructure construction. She graduated from Liberty University School of Business with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She was featured in the Liberty Journal commencement edition. Melissa has been recognized for her collaborative nature and ability to solve cross departmental deficiencies through business planning and technical writing. Melissa enjoys identifying and mentoring talent within each organization she joins. Her passion for emerging businesses is evident in her track record. Outside of her professional career, she enjoys the outdoors and skydiving.

Michael Dozer, Quality Manager

23 years of experience in program management and manufacturing in aerospace and related technology industries. A certified Six-Sigma Black Belt with extensive knowledge of the statistical techniques critical to an optimally operating facility. Responsible for all of Shapes’ industry and customer certifications as well as its full Quality Management System. Michael Dozer joined Shapes in May 2016 as Project Engineer.

Joey Sesta, Operations Manager

Worked in and was responsible for every aspect of the manufacturing and fabrication process, from initial design concept phase to final finish product, with strong emphasis towards manufacturability, lean methodology efficiency, Responsible for lowering overall manufacturing costs and maintain quality standards.

Richard McGahee, Facilities and Safety Manager

Part of Management Team since June 12, 2003

40 years of experience in Maintenance Field, supporting Facilities and Production systems.

During this time, responsible for maintaining and upgrading systems along with maintaining a safe workplace.

My Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Refrigeration systems have allowed me to support

Shapes’ mission in providing Quality, On-Time parts to our customers.

Responsible for all machine installations, providing on-time start up to meet production needs. I have designed and implemented “special machines” to support the manufacturing process.
